| Homelessness is an emergent phenomenon on the rise in the developed countries during the last twenty years. In this article we present the main research topics on homelessness based on contributions published during 1999-2008 in several Geography journals. We also present the main arguments of these studies and the methodology used for our search and selection of articles. We are especially interested in the concept of homelessness, its mainsprings and in definitions and relevant data sources. |
